Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your jewelry in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
